In-Person Behavior Consultation
The initial in-person consultations are 90 minutes in your home. We start by gathering your dog’s history, meeting you and your dog, and discussing your goals. Once we have established your dog’s background and your goals, we will create a personalized plan that includes behavior modification, starting on exercises, and a management plan to help get immediate relief in your household. You will receive written instructions for all exercises and management techniques that are discussed in the consultation.
After the initial consultation, we will talk about your next steps. We may recommend a follow up consultation to make sure you are on the right track. The follow up sessions can be in-person or remote and are 60 minutes. Your instructor will discuss scheduling with you at the end of the initial consultation, since we schedule on a case-by-case basis depending on your personalized plan.
In-Person Behavioral Counseling Rates
$195 for the in-home initial consultation, personalized training plan, and instructions for exercises and management
$150 per in-home session following the consultation
$125 per remote session following the consultation
*These rates ala carte. Packages are also available. Our service area is within 20 miles of our office in Stoughton, WI. A travel fee is added if the client is outside of our service area.
Remote Behavior Consultation
The remote sessions are 60 minutes from the comfort of your home. We start by gathering your cat’s history, setting up video conference, and discussing your goals. Once we have established your dog’s background and your goals, we will create a personalized plan that includes behavior modification, starting on exercises, and a management plan to help get immediate relief in your household.
We use Zoom Video Conferencing software that allows you to join from a computer, tablet, or phone. Each session will include live instruction and written instructions so that you can go back and reference the plan or exercises.
After the initial consultation, we will talk about your next steps. We may recommend a follow up consultation to make sure you are on the right track. The follow up sessions can be in-person or remote and are 60 minutes. Your instructor will discuss scheduling with you at the end of the initial consultation, since we schedule on a case-by-case basis depending on your personalized plan.

$175 for the remote initial consultation, personalized training plan, recording of your session, and instructions for exercises and management
$125 per remote session following the consultation

Behavior Counseling requires a commitment of both time and dedication. Results don't happen overnight. Practice is required between sessions. If problems occur, contact us immediately.

Tori Peterson Keyser
Owner and Multi-Species Animal Trainer
Tori Peterson Keyser, has over 10 years of experience working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. She has her Master's of Science degree in Anthrozoology and her Bachelor's of Science in Small Animal Science.
There are many ways to train dogs—some more ethical than others. My main focus to to teach you and your dog with the least stress. This involves a base in Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive (LIMA) training techniques, with a focus in the positive reinforcement quadrant.
